Sandwiches - crazy story:
A relay switch on the walk-in fridge failed this morning so we were forced to keep the door closed until the repairman showed. While he was working on it we had to come up with an alternative lunch that didn't involve anything from the walk-in. Tuna salad and PB & J was the answer but it required a separate table outside for kids allergic to one or both. I also needed to go get a turkey breast at a neighboring camp to serve the allergy kids. Then there was the need for vegetables. Luckily Crossroad's obliged my last minute plea for lettuce, tomatoes and carrots. Apples rounded out the plate because they had arrived in the midst of the chaos and they go well with peanut butter anyway.
