It would be great if any psychologist out there would tell me why, when we send out 8 grilled cheeses for seconds, we rarely send out any more sandwiches at all after that. But, if we were to give out only 4 or 6 there would be a mad rush for thirds and fourths.  It is weird, and I could use some answers.

  I really don't know what to say about preparing a five-course meal for 250 of my closest friends.  I really appreciate all the help, especially Valery who manned the dishwasher all day. I'm not kidding. From 7:00 am straight through 10:00 pm, he kept everything clean and organized. Additional thanks to Stephanie, Len, Cynthia, Michelle, Becky, Robert, Jakob, Naomie, Natalie, and Lucca.
