In honor of my dear friend Yutaka Tamura I will remind the blogosphere that there are but two more mac and cheese nights left in the Camp Billings kitchen's repertoire for 2011 . . . tear.

    Hard to believe that so much of Summer 2011 has already unfolded such that there are only 2 more mac and cheese nights left this summer.
